Buffalo Range
There are a number of different products we make with buffalo milk. This buffalo range has started in November 2006. The buffalo's live at a farm out at Witta, which is about a 20 minute drive away. Buffalo milk is alot more creamier than cows milk, therefore their products are milder in flavour, but creamier in texture. People who are lactose intolerant can tolerate buffalo products.

Brie

Dip (cream cheese with herbs mixed within it)
Herb Buffalino (cream cheese rolled in herbs, then marinated in oil)
Quark
Ricotta
Buffalo Wash-Rind (a semi-hard cheese)
Yoghurt (flavoured and natural)
