Our award-winning creamy Maleny Gourmet Yoghurt range is pure Queensland yoghurt, with 100% natural dairy goodness in every pot. Made with Sunshine Coast hinterland pure whole milk, real fruit, probiotic cultures and sweetened with natural cane sugar. No additives, artificial flavours or preservatives are added.
Our gourmet yoghurts have a thick and creamy Greek-style texture and are made with healthy A, B and C yoghurt cultures. The lovely rich consistency is owing to our unique yoghurt setting process.

How is our pure Queensland yoghurt made?
We add cultures and other ingredients to our creamy farm-fresh whole milk. A high temperature is required for the yoghurts to reach their correct pH level and for their cultures to complete their development. The wonderful probiotic cultures then turn that milky substance into the creamy yoghurt that we eat and enjoy. Once the pH has been attained, and the yoghurt is set, we snap chill down to fridge temperature. On the following day, we package our yoghurt together with selected fruit into smaller pots which we then seal with our tamper-proof packaging.
Serving suggestions
Our cane sugar-sweetened varieties are a creamy dessert option. Or if you are avoiding sugar, we also offer unsweetened natural yoghurt. This can be a lovely healthy alternative to sour cream for savoury dishes for example. Or, you can sweeten this with your favourite sugar substitute or honey.
