The fresh taste of our exclusive local-suppling dairy farmers milk is in every bit of this cow-milk cheese. We add a dash of cream in this recipe so it is a little creamier than our Camembert, but not as creamy as our Triple Cream Brie.

How to store:
Store Below 4°C. Unopened, this cheese will keep until its best before date. After opening, cling wrap cheese and store in an airtight container. For optimum flavour, use within three days of opening.
How to serve:
Slice into thin strips and enjoy with a cracker and quince paste.
